About the role
Lead an 80-solid, multi-franchise dealership in Port Moresby. Manage sales, parts, service, and panel departments to drive vehicle sales and operational growth. Duties
• Drive multi-franchise vehicle sales volume and profitability
• Lead and mentor department heads across sales, parts, service, and panel
• Build team culture and upskill local staff




• Align inter-department workflows to ensure unified site operations
• Resolve complex customer matters with sound commercial judgment Skills & experience
• Proven automotive dealership management or senior automotive sales leadership
• Track record of building, mentoring, and holding diverse teams accountable
• Experience operating Pentana or equivalent Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in cross-cultural, international settings
• Valid driver’s licence and eligibility for PNG work permits
