The organisation reimagines how young people determine their next steps by combining youth insights, technology, and industry connections to support informed decisions about their future. Anyway’s ecosystem connects students, educators, industry, and government to deliver more personal guidance and clearer pathways. Role Description As a Content Producer at Anyway, you will create, produce, and manage engaging content that supports young people in navigating education and career pathways. You'll be a key part of the content engine: writing and creating content for the website, Instagram, TikTok, our eDMs and more. This isn't a role where you rewrite headlines or jump on whatever's trending. We want someone with their own ideas who can take their story from pitch to publish. Then you'll check how it performed, work out why, and make the next one even better.

What You'll Do
• Produce a high volume of content across TikTok, Instagram, eDMs and the website
• Work with our video producer to ideate, shoot, edit and publish videos
• Turn one story into many: a vertical video, an article, an Instagram carousel and an eDM
• Pitch original ideas and your takes on career-focused news, trends, research and more




• Keep an eye on content performance and use it to inform future pitches
• Bring a passion for career content and helping young people find their thing You'll Be a Valuable Fit If You:
• Can tell a story in any format, from a 15-second hook to an 800-word piece
• Live on social and know instinctively why one video works and another flops
• Are seriously detail-oriented, so your copy goes out clean and your facts are right
• Have a good eye for a story and the confidence to pitch it
• Can produce at volume without the quality slipping
• Care whether your content performs, and actually check
• Enjoy using AI to support your workflows, without losing the human creation  Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Editorial or newsroom experience
• Experience writing about careers, work, education or young people
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut)
