Alignerr is seeking a Data Scientist (Masters) to act as an AI Data Trainer. This fully remote hourly contract role involves designing advanced data science challenges, authoring ground-truth solutions, and auditing AI-generated code.

You will diagnose reasoning failures and document failure modes to sharpen AI models. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, have solid data analysis skills, and can communicate complex results clearly.
