CSR is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team across a 24/7 manufacturing setting in Somersby/Hebel. You will spend significant time on the floor coaching teams, solving problems, and delivering results, with responsibilities spanning safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, day or afternoon shifts, commencing ASAP. You will develop teams, champion CSR’s Never Walk Past Zero Harm culture, facilitate meetings, and drive Lean initiatives while coordinating
