With huge category growth over the past couple of years and further expansion opportunities moving forward we are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to help lead our expanding Partyware and Seasonal division. You will have the opportunity to own your programs, working freely to create beautiful bespoke ranges that our customers love. If you are a great organiser, strategic thinker and hands-on doer with an affinity for design, this role is for you.

What it takes to be amazing at this role….

- Lead all market research locally & globally, trend analysis, competitor and customer analysis
- Develop and execute the NPD roadmap
- Extensive product range knowledge from paper based products through to gifting items
- Drive all new product development and oversee all phases of the product lifecycle
- Drive and plan short and long-term product strategy in line with customer requirements
- Strong understanding of the Australian Major Retailers (within the seasonal category is a benefit)
- Working with both overseas and local suppliers for best supply, quality & pricing




- Managing customer pricing along with business margin expectations
- Managing customer presentations and storyboards
- Working closely with Production Coordinator, Design and Sales Teams

Why you are perfect for this role….

- Experienced in sourcing and working with overseas suppliers
- Experience within the Partyware and Seasonal Categories (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Halloween) would be beneficial
- Min 3+ years’ experience in a similar category and role
- A passion for the category and the drive to creative beautiful bespoke ranges that sets us apart from the current market
- A demonstrated ability in driving product development from concept through to launch in market.
- Team leadership and workflow management is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Problem solving, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi task to meet deadlines, be self-motivated and self-managed and used to managing a busy schedule
- Experience in managing a high volume of NPD sku’s at one time
- Attentional to detail is amust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with licensed products is advantageous
- Team player and result oriented individual
- High level Microsoft Office

Salary is negotiable based on the experience of each candidate.
