GHD is seeking an experienced APAC Compensation Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on providing expert compensation advice, market insight, and governance across APAC in partnership with People Teams and leaders.

You will influence pay decisions, salary structures, and reward investments to attract and retain talent. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple markets, drive pay equity analyses, and support annual salary reviews and bonus
