Simon’s Cafe in Windsor, NSW is hiring a full time Head Chef to lead the café kitchen operations. The role requires 4 years of relevant Head Chef experience and a rotating seven-day roster.

You will develop menus, maintain food quality and hygiene, lead kitchen staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service. Australian work rights required.

Schedule includes day and morning shifts with pay between $81,000 and $85,000 per year.
