EXCIS is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Technician to manage hardware, software, and IT assets across multiple locations in Australia. You will diagnose issues from error codes, replace faulty hardware, and maintain stock records while supporting Windows and Office environments.

With a minimum of 3 years in IT desktop support, you will communicate effectively with users, work independently, and contribute to team success in an in office role with a 8:30–17:00 schedule.
