Haileybury invites applications for the role of Head of Talent Development and High-Performance Conditioning to lead our sport program in Melbourne. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term role (1.0 FTE) covering 1 December 2026 to 16 April 2027.

You will lead talent identification, design and deliver athlete development programs, and mentor high-potential athletes while balancing performance with academic goals. The position offers hybrid work options and a robust commitment to wellbeing and safety.
