Mallesons is seeking a driven banking & finance solicitor to join our high-performing project finance team in Sydney. You will gain hands-on experience on infrastructure and energy financings, and work closely with partners Amy Maguire and Andrew Maynes who specialise in complex transactions.
This role offers direct client exposure and the chance to deepen your technical capability across deal structuring, execution and negotiation from early-stage structuring through to closing.
