The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman (OFWO) is seeking a Senior Lawyer (EL1) to lead civil penalty litigations and provide expert regulatory advice within the workplace relations framework. The role involves direct advocacy, risk management and mentoring junior lawyers, reporting to a Principal Lawyer.

Executives may work outside hours and occasional travel may be required. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria including post-admission experience and practising certificates.
