Keysborough, VIC$110,000 plus SuperannuationAltitude is seeking a agile Sales Manager to lead the next phase of growth for a thriving auto parts distributor in Keysborough, VIC.
In this role, you will increase and convert sales by building strong, lasting relationships with customers across the region. Working closely with the sales and customer service teams, you will plan customer visits, support daily sales activity and play a central part in achieving company targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive aftermarket sales professional ready to make a real impact with an established business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve company sales budgets and targets in collaboration with the sales and customer service teams
- Plan and log customer visits with the sales team to drive revenue and meet targets
- Build positive customer relationships to increase and convert sales
- Support the customer service team with phone calls as required,
meeting call to invoice conversion targets
- Interpret parts requirements for customers over the phone and email, and prepare accurate sales invoices.
Key Requirements:
- Existing experience in automotive aftermarket parts sales, preferably in the south east suburbs
- Automotive parts interpretation and vehicle parts knowledge
- Proven ability to increase and convert sales through positive customer relationship management
- Exceptional customer service focus across all channels: written, phone and face to face
- Professional and confident approach with excellent communication and attention to detail.
