Green Pathways is a small, family-run disability support provider. Our founder grew up in South Gippsland, and we're proud to be growing our local South Gippsland team. We're looking for a caring support worker to join us in the Korumburra area.

Current Opportunity

Thursday afternoons, weekly and ongoing from early December, in the Korumburra area. You'll mostly be supporting someone to get out in the community and to their appointments, helping them live life their way.

There is also opportunity for additional work across South Gippsland as our local team grows.

What We Offer

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), depending on experience and qualifications

Penalty rates for weekend and public holiday work (SCHADS Award)

Vehicle allowance per km for travel with participants

Paid training and ongoing learning

A friendly, supportive team with regular 1-on-1 catch-ups

What You'll Need

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed

Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009), or willingness to obtain





Valid Victorian Driver's Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

Working with Children Check (where applicable)

A kind, patient and respectful approach

Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) and disability support experience are highly regarded. Current to support work? We'd still love to hear from you. If you have the right attitude, we'll help you with the rest.
