About the Role:

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Domestic assistance and general household cleaning
- Transport to medical appointments, shopping and community activities
- Social support and companionship
- Community access and participation
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Personal care, where appropriately qualified and trained
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Following individual care plans and organisational policies

Essential Requirements:

- Good communication skills
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence




- Own reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within Adelaide and surrounding suburbs

Language Skills - Highly Desirable:

- Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking skills are highly regarded
- Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and understand their cultural needs
- Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or a related field
- Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS or community support
- Understanding of person-centred care and professional boundaries
