- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating commercial espresso machines in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Solid milk texturing, latte art, and dial-in skills. Ability to maintain high quality and consistency under pressure.
- Personality: Outgoing, bubbly, and positive. You must love interacting with our local community and delivering a great guest experience.




- Versatility: Willingness to pitch in with general front-of-house tasks, order-taking, and keeping the cafe sparkling clean.
- Reliability: Punctual, organized, and a true team player.
