FIELD SALES MANAGER WANTED

Melbourne (South East ) | $120K–$150K+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Still smashing targets on the doors but ready for more?

If you've grinded it out in face-to-face sales, solar, charity, telco, fundraising, you already know the hustle. You're probably already training the new starters even though it's not your title yet. You're the one the team looks to when the numbers need to move.

We want you to stop doing that for free.

Engage Direct is one of Australia's fastest-growing face-to-face sales companies. We're expanding across Melbourne and building out current regions, and we need someone who's lived the floor to lead a team, not just manage one from behind a desk.

What you get:

$120K–$150K+ (base + uncapped commission)
Your own team, your own region
Real path to business partnership as we scale, not just a title bump

Ongoing mentoring from leaders who've done it
Still out in the field, you lead by doing, not just watching

What we need from you:

Solid runs on the doors already, you know how to sell face-to-face
People naturally follow your lead, even if it's not official yet
You want more than another manager job, you want ownership
A driver's licence and you're happy to travel locally

This isn't a desk job. This is for someone who wants to build something real and get paid properly for it.

Apply now, let's talk.
