Achieve Potential Coaching
Hampton
Achieve Potential Coaching is a small movement coaching business in Bayside. We help everyday people get out of long-term pain and move better. Back pain, hips, posture and old injuries are the most common.
Our approach is different from regular strength training. We look closely at how each person moves, using biomechanics and a mix of hands-on techniques to find and fix the root cause.
The business has grown steadily over 2.5 years, and we’re now building a small team.
The role
We’re looking for 1–2 coaches to join us. You’ll start by taking over existing sessions, then build your own client base over time.
You will:
- Run small-group Semi-Private sessions (3–4 clients) and 1-1 sessions
- Carry out movement and posture assessments (full training provided)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Take part in weekly team meetings and ongoing learning
Training and support
You don’t need to know our method yet. You’ll get a structured 8-week onboarding: training as a client first, then shadowing, then coaching alongside the Head Coach before you take sessions on your own. Ongoing mentoring and education continue after that.
About you
- You’re curious about how the body works and want to keep learning
- You care more about helping people move better than about aesthetics
- You’re coachable, reliable and open to recent ideas
- You’d like to grow with a small business over the long term
Requirements
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
- Current first aid and CPR
- Personal trainer insurance
- Experience with biomechanics or rehab-style training is a bonus, but not essential, as long as you have the willingness to learn
What’s on offer
- Paid onboarding and full training in our method
- A ready client base, with no rent and no marketing or sales pressure
- A clear pay pathway as your sessions grow
- Future opportunities in corporate workshops, online coaching and team leadership
