Department of Energy, Workplace and Climate Action is seeking an Early Intervention and Wellbeing Advisor to coordinate the department’s wellbeing programs in Victoria. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on embedding best practice and ensuring services support staff health, safety and wellbeing.
You will work with internal teams and external providers to ensure interventions are responsive and aligned with priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement and sustainable wellbeing outcomes
