What You'll Be Doing

Responding to phone,



email and online customer enquiries Converting quotes and inbound leads into sales Processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records Supporting the Sales Team with administration and customer follow-up Building strong relationships with new and existing customers Providing technical product advice and assisting with complex enquiries Monitoring web enquiries and online orders Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across service, quality and safety What We're Looking For
