Adelaide
Ready to take the next step in your construction career?
This is an opportunity to join a growing South Australian property development and construction business where initiative, accountability and getting things done are genuinely valued.
With an expanding pipeline of residential and multi‑unit projects across Adelaide, they are looking for a capable and commercially minded Site Supervisor who can take ownership of projects, drive construction outcomes and play an active role in the continued growth of the business.
You will oversee multiple projects from site commencement through to Practical Completion and handover, taking responsibility for site coordination, subcontractor management, construction programmes, quality, safety and cost control.
Working closely with management, you will have the opportunity to influence project delivery, implement improvements and contribute well beyond the day-to-day supervision of a building site.
This is an agile, hands‑on environment offering greater autonomy, direct communication and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution – without the layers of bureaucracy often found in larger construction organisations.
