CBUS Super in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Service Desk. You will deliver first and second line support across hardware, software, identity, applications and core IT services, ensuring a reliable experience for CBUS staff both in person and remotely.

You will bring at least three years in IT customer support, solid Microsoft tech skills (Windows 11, Windows Server, AD, Azure, Intune) and ITIL knowledge.
