Stellarossa Everton Park is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys providing excellent customer service and can work confidently in a busy café environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in coffee making and barista work.
- Minimum 2 years of front-of-house (FOH) experience in a café or hospitality environment.
- Confident in preparing high-quality coffee and maintaining consistency during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with taking orders, operating the POS system, serving customers and maintaining a clean café.




- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
- Versatile availability, including weekends, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quality coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Assist with daily café operations and maintain cleanliness.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.51 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
