- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills – But Not Essential
Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner, Machinist or Toolmaker.

- Familiarity with Mazatrol, Heidenhain, Okuma or Fanuc controls.
- 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining.
- Toolmaking experience.
- Welding or fabrication experience.
- Forklift or overhead crane operation.
- Previous experience in Defence or Aerospace manufacturing.
You don't need to tick every box! If you have solid CNC operating experience, a good work ethic and a willingness to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Benefits & Perks
- Above-award wages, negotiable based on experience and ability.
- Overtime is paid overtime
- Permanent, full-time employment.
- Work with a wide variety of materials, components and industries.
