We're Hiring! Hoarding Support Cleaner – Casual Position

At Support In Motion, we are a mental health services company supporting people on the NDIS who are experiencing hoarding challenges.

We understand that hoarding can be complex and that creating a safe, comfortable living environment requires more than just cleaning. It requires compassion, patience, understanding and a supportive approach.

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Hoarding Support Cleaner to join our team and work alongside our support workers to assist clients with cleaning and restoring their living environments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will work alongside a support worker to assist clients with cleaning, decluttering and maintaining a safe living environment.

The most important part of this role is your ability to work respectfully with our clients and collaborate with our support workers.

You do not need previous hoarding cleaning experience. We are happy to provide guidance to the right person who has a genuine willingness to learn.

- The ability to work in environments that may be challenging or cluttered.
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage

- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- Working With Children Check
- Must have own Vehicle

Hours & Employment

- Casual employment.
- 4 hours every Saturday.
- Opportunity to expand hours for the right person.
