Fast-Paced Greek Restaurant | Casual Position (Lunch & Dinner)

We are looking for an energetic, experienced Floor Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team. If you thrive in a bustling, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering smooth, attentive table service, we want to hear from you.

The Role

This is a casual position with both lunch and dinner services available. You will be an essential part of our floor team, guiding guests through their dining experience, managing your section with confidence, and keeping the floor running seamlessly during our busy services.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of floor experience in a similar quick-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Service Knowledge: Strong foundation in professional table service, running food and drinks, and managing a section efficiently under pressure.





Licensing: A current, valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is strictly required.

Attitude: A positive, customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and smiling when the room is at full capacity.

Availability: Flexibility to work a mix of lunch and dinner shifts.
