We are seeking an experienced Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Driver equipped with Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) for transport and delivery operations across Greater Sydney. In this role, you will drive a prime mover and trailer combination, utilising an on-board Moffett forklift to complete scheduled deliveries and self-unloading to customers and sites across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a HC prime mover and trailer combination across urban and industrial Sydney routes.
- Moffett Operations: Mount, dismount, and operate the truck-mounted Moffett forklift to load and unload cargo safely on site including sandstone logs.
- Load Restraint: Ensure all goods are properly positioned, strapped, and secured in accordance with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) safety standards.
- Site Access & Deliveries: Safely navigate customer drop-off areas, construction sites, and depot locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on the prime mover, trailer, and Moffett equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery dockets, run sheets, and logbook entries.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Valid Australian Heavy Combination (HC) Licence
- High risk work licence to operate a forklift (LF class – Moffett)
- SafeWork NSW White Card as work involves entering, delivering to, and/or picking up materials from active construction or civil works sites across NSW
- Copy of driving record from Service NSW
- Australian citizenship
- National Police Check and/or consent to complete a criminal record check
- Pass pre-employment checks including interview
- Demonstrated experience driving HC prime movers with trailers to and from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across NSW.
- Experience using load restraint equipment, including truck tie-down straps and cargo straps
- Experience operating a moffett, including mounting, dismounting,



and moving loads to and from trailer safely.
- Full commitment to Monday–Friday working hours.
- Probation: Subject to a 6-month probation period in a casual position.
- Thorough understanding of load restraint rules, Moffett operation, fatigue management, and workplace health and safety.
- Upon pre-selection, understand and sign off on additional policies and procedures.
- Effective spoken and written communication with clients on site and head office throughout the day – this is an integral component of your role in our team. This includes respectful and timely communication with all parties, documenting completed deliveries and availability to respond to calls during work hours.
