FOOD MANUFACTURING WORKER - BAKING, PASTRY & DESSERTS (COBURG NORTH)

Guerilla Foods is a growing Melbourne food manufacturer producing loaded cookies (Butter Mumma), cakes, desserts and sauces for retail and wholesale customers. We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Food Production Worker with experience in baking, pastry or dessert manufacturing to join our team at our Coburg North production facility.

About the role

- Preparing, mixing, baking and finishing cookies, cakes and dessert products to our recipes and quality standards

- Portioning, decorating, packing and labelling finished products

- Following production schedules and batch records

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards and keeping work areas clean

- Assisting with stock rotation, receiving deliveries and general kitchen/warehouse duties

About you

- Experience in commercial baking, pastry, dessert production or a food manufacturing workplace (bakery, patisserie or factory)





- Able to follow recipes accurately and work to production targets

- Physically fit - comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 kg

- Strong attention to detail, hygiene and food safety

- Reliable, punctual and a good team player

- Food Safety / Food Handling certificate preferred (training provided if needed)

- Must have full Australian work rights

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift (some early starts). Some weekend or overtime work may be available during busy periods.
