Malabar Cuisine is a busy, well-loved Indian restaurant in the heart of Darlinghurst. We’re looking for friendly, reliable waitstaff to join our floor team and help our guests have a great night out.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Explaining our menu and recommending dishes (we’ll teach you everything at our pre-shift briefings)
- Keeping the floor clean, set and running smoothly during service
- Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team

What we’re looking for

- A warm, positive attitude and positive communication skills
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- An RSA certificate (NSW), or willingness to get one before starting




- Availability for evenings and weekends: [e.g. at least 3 shifts a week, including Friday or Saturday]
- Full working rights in Australia
