Senior Medical Receptionist (Full Time) | Leichhardt

Progressive Sports Medicine, a premium sports medicine and longevity practice in Leichhardt, is seeking an experienced, reliable senior receptionist to lead our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage bookings, payments and accurate billing (Medicare, private, WorkCover and CTP), and carry out daily clinic checking to our standards, working closely with our Practice Manager.

You will bring proven senior medical reception experience, solid billing knowledge, confidence with a cloud practice management system, and a meticulous, hard working approach. Experience in a specialist or premium clinic is highly regarded.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Commences Monday 25 January 2027 with a paid orientation week; an earlier January start can be negotiated. Six month probation. $75,000 to $90,000 plus super, with the upper end on offer for the right candidate.
