The Duxton at O'Connor is an award winning, well-established venue located in the heart of O'Connor.

On the ground level we have our popular Main Bar, a popular Cafe, an award-winning Restaurant, and a TAB area.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Managers to join our team.

As a Manager at The Duxton, you will ensure the smooth and effective operation of our venue, particularly the Main Bar, providing exceptional customer service and leading a talented team of staff.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee the daily operations of the main bar and restaurant, including opening or closing of the venue
- Driving food & beverage sales to achieve the set KPIs
- Manage and coordinate staff tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership and training to support to the bar team

What we're looking for





- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in a management or a supervisor position
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
