ODA Sushi Joyner is looking for friendly, reliable people to join our kitchen and front-of-house team.

We welcome applications for morning food preparation, hot food, sushi rolls and nigiri, and front-of-house service. Experienced chefs and candidates with restaurant management experience are also welcome to apply. Please tell us which position interests you.

Relevant experience is preferred, but applicants with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Morning preparation shifts can be arranged around your availability. For example, 6 am–10 am may suit some applicants, but start and finish times are negotiable. Other shifts and working hours can also be discussed, including availability from one or two days per week.

Pay and employment arrangements will be discussed according to the role, experience and skills, with superannuation and applicable penalty rates.
