Established in 2009, INCH Hairdressing is an award-winning salon with locations in Randwick and Newtown, known for exceptional colour work, beautiful blondes, balayage, premium hair extensions and stunning hair transformations.

We’re looking for passionate Senior Stylists and Emerging Senior Stylists who love their craft, enjoy working with people and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares.

The Role

As a stylist at INCH, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an established clientele, create exceptional hair and develop your strengths in a supportive, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional hairdressing services from consultation through to the final finish.
- Perform high-quality colour services, including blondes, balayage, highlights, toning and colour transformations.
- Provide professional cutting, styling and finishing services.
- Conduct thorough consultations and recommend personalised services and home haircare.
- Maintain high standards of hair health, colour quality and attention to detail.
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and personalised care.
- Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.




- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Support junior stylists and apprentices through knowledge sharing and encouragement.
- Contribute to salon creativity, social media content and showcasing beautiful work.

About You

- Qualified hairdresser with experience in the industry.
- Confident in colouring, cutting, styling and finishing.
- Passionate about blondes, balayage and modern colour techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, motivated and organised.
- Eager to continue learning and developing your skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a friendly team environment.
- Takes pride in delivering beautiful work and memorable client experiences.
- Positive, proactive and passionate about hairdressing.

Competitive Earnings & Commission

- $1,450–$1,900 weekly earning opportunities.
- Commission opportunities of up to 30%.
