This is not a traditional aged care kitchen. You'll lead a hospitality-focused dining service within a retirement village workplace, building relationships with residents while delivering quality food and service standards.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage stock control, purchasing and budgets
- Prepare and maintain nutritious seasonal menus
- Develop and mentor kitchen team members
- Manage rostering and workforce planning
- Liaise with residents,



clients and stakeholders
- Maintain HACCP, food safety and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
- Previous Head Chef, Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and infection control
- Experience managing teams, rostering and budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
