CASUAL CHEF / COOK

Work at the iconic UTS Rowing Club in a fast-paced waterfront venue.

Regatta Club is looking for an experienced Chef or Cook with at least three years’ restaurant cooking experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming hospitality team at an iconic Sydney location.

WEEKEND SHIFTS- Saturday & Sunday

Shift Hours 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

WEEKLY HOURS- 18+ hours per week

HOURLY RATES- SATURDAY $ 41.96 per hour. SUNDAY $ 49.95 per hour

Mid-week also shifts available if wanted.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a commitment to preparing quality food in a busy service environment. Mid-week shifts may also be available for candidates who would like additional hours.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· At least 3 years’ cooking experience, including restaurant experience.

· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and presentation.





· The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

· A well-presented, friendly approach and confidence engaging with guests.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

· A humble, service-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to team goals.

Pay: $41.96 – $49.95 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week
