About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Q. As the first point of contact for members, guests, racing participants and visitors, you will play an important role in delivering a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club.
This is a permanent opportunity to join Queensland’s premier Greyhound Racing venue and community Club. The role operates on a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays. Roster arrangements may be negotiated with the successful candidate.
About You
The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and confident working independently. You take initiative, manage competing priorities and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You are equally comfortable welcoming visitors, providing administrative support and using quieter periods productively to maintain records, complete tasks and support the wider team.
