We’re on the lookout for a Management Reporting & Planning Analyst who understands that robust financial processes are about more than just numbers. As part of our Finance team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening reporting, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation processes following the implementation of our new ERP system, helping ensure accurate insights and informed business decisions across Beerenberg.

You'll transform our management reporting, redeveloping monthly reporting and cost centre insights that help leaders make informed business decisions.
- You'll help maximise the value of our ERP investment, improving reporting capability through Business Central, Jet Reports and Jet Hub.
- You'll strengthen budgeting and forecasting processes, rebuilding models and templates to support effective financial planning and analysis.
- You'll provide valuable costing insights, supporting current product costing and developing tools that improve commercial decision-making.
- You'll build robust financial controls, redeveloping reconciliation frameworks and processes that improve accuracy, governance and accountability.
- You'll drive automation and process improvement, simplifying manual tasks and creating more efficient ways of working across Finance.

Now, for your own ingredients list. You’ll be the right person for this role if you:

- Hold a CA or CPA qualification or be well on your way to achieving one.




- Bring proven experience improving management reporting, financial models and finance processes, ideally within a manufacturing, operations or FMCG environment.
- Know your way around complex spreadsheets, financial modelling and reconciliations, with solid Excel capability and experience using ERP and reporting systems. Familiar with Business Central or Jet Reports? Even better.
- Have a solid understanding of management accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow, inventory accounting and reporting. Product costing experience will put you ahead of the pack.
- Enjoy untangling complex or inefficient processes, identifying a better way of doing things and turning ideas into practical, sustainable solutions.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders across the business, balancing competing priorities while keeping things moving.
- Take ownership, thrive on continuous improvement and get genuine satisfaction from making finance processes simpler, smarter and more effective.
