Are you a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children?

Earth Angels Child Care Centre is seeking two Early Childhood Educators to join our supportive and welcoming team!

We welcome applications from Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators, as well as enthusiastic individuals interested in undertaking a traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Roles

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play an important role in creating protected, nurturing and engaging environments where children feel supported to learn, explore and grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with EYLF V2.0.
- Building positive, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Creating welcoming, inclusive and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Supporting children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Observing and documenting children's learning, interests and developmental progress.
- Promoting children's independence, confidence, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent, high-quality education and care.
- Maintaining active supervision and upholding child safety, health and wellbeing standards.
- Participating in professional development, critical reflection and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who:





- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are willing to undertake a traineeship.
- Hold or are willing to obtain a valid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, initiative and a positive attitude.
- Are reliable, flexible and willing to contribute to a collaborative team.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are committed to providing inclusive, high-quality education and care.
- Are enthusiastic about learning, developing new skills and growing professionally.

Both experienced Educators and individuals beginning their early childhood career are encouraged to apply!
