Key Responsibilities: Collect coal samples from the above ground washery in accordance with site and company procedures. Complete PTL preparation work (coal sample preparation and handling) to required standards. Conduct coal laboratory analysis following applicable methods and quality requirements. Perform and participate in safety interactions (e.g., pre-starts, hazard identification, Take 5/JSA, toolbox talks) and comply with all HSE requirements. Maintain accurate records, labels, chain-of-custody, and reporting to ensure traceability and data integrity. Meet client expectations by delivering results within agreed turnaround times. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas and ensure equipment is cared for and fit-for-purpose.

Skills/Qualifications:



A strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork, Attention to detail, Positive Organisation and Communication Skills, Reliable and Trustworthy and a valid driver's licence. Previous industry experience would be an advantage but no experience is required.

Hours:

6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Weekend/weekday shift relief coverage. May be potential for fulltime employment for the right candidate.

Approximately 1-2 shifts a week.
