About the Role: Penshurst RSL Bistro is looking for friendly, customer-focused, and hardworking Casual Floor Staff to join our busy bistro team! Key Responsibilities: • Take customer orders, run food, and deliver meals to tables efficiently. • Transparent, clean, and reset tables to maintain a clean dining environment. • Assist with daily bistro prep and maintain high standards of hygiene. • Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming dining experience. • Work productively alongside kitchen and floor team members. Requirements: • Previous bistro, restaurant, or café floor experience is preferred (training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates). • Friendly personality with strong communication and customer service skills.



• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible availability for shifts including evenings and weekends. • Full working rights in Australia.
