The Acacia Tree Furniture is seeking a player-manager to elevate how we sell across our Melbourne showrooms, based at the Brighton head office with some interstate travel and admin days.

You will coach the sales team, refine scripts, and drive consistency across all showrooms while lifting order value and improving lead follow-up. The role blends hands-on selling two days a week with three days leading a high-performing team.
