OCS is seeking an organised estimating lead to join our Private FM team in Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end quotation processes across multiple contracts, identifying scope, pricing labour and materials, producing client-facing quotes and supporting national accounts with cost recovery opportunities.
The role reports to the Account Director and requires solid commercial awareness, Excel proficiency and experience with CAFM systems.
