We are looking for a lawyer with 2 to 3 years post graduate experience in Work Cover and TAC.

For the right candidate we're adaptable with remote working arrangements, with support from our Melbourne office and occasional travel to Melbourne as required. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time work.

Duties

- Manage Work Cover and TAC compensation matters from commencement to resolution.
- Provide legal advice and exceptional client service
- Draft pleadings, court documents, correspondence, submissions and settlement materials
- Represent clients at mediations, conferences and court hearings
- Work closely with barristers and medical experts

Skills and Experience

- Experience in personal injury law, litigation
- Experience managing common law claims
- Experience in Work Cover and TAC




- Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- A genuine commitment to plaintiff law and helping people achieve justice

$120,000 to $140,000 salary plus superannuation
