About Kanélla

Kanélla is a Melbourne-based cinnamon scroll bakehouse, known for our delicious freshly baked cinnamon scrolls, unique flavours and sweet treats.

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Christmas Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at our Westfield Doncaster pop-up over the busy Christmas period!

About the Role

You'll be working at our Christmas pop-up stall, serving customers, showcasing our products and helping create a great shopping experience.

This is a fun, fast-paced retail role, perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and working in a friendly team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service.

- Promote and sell our range of cinnamon scrolls and sweet treats.

- Explain product flavours and assist customers with their selections

.- Take customer orders and process cash and EFTPOS payments.

- Package products neatly into takeaway boxes and bags.

- Keep the display stocked, organised and looking presentable.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the stall.

- Assist with opening and closing procedures.

- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.





- Deliver a positive customer experience and represent the Kanélla brand.

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality.

- Confident communication and customer service skills.

- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.

- Comfortable working in a busy retail setting.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

- Must be available for weekend and peak Christmas trading shifts.
