WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Professional Fundraiser, you’ll represent our charity partners at events, expos and trade shows in Melbourne and across Australia, alongside shopping centre and community locations. You’ll engage members of the public in meaningful conversations, inspiring them to make an ongoing monthly commitment that funds life-changing programs.

This is an active, face-to-face role where you’ll initiate conversations, work towards targets and learn how to handle rejection with confidence. It takes empathy, passion and skill, and we’ll help you develop all three.

You don’t need fundraising experience. You need drive, resilience and a willingness to learn.

- You’re a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people

- You enjoy a challenge and are motivated by targets

- You’re reliable, bring a strong work ethic and take ownership of your performance

- You’re coachable and willing to put feedback into practice

- You can handle hearing “no” and bring the same energy to the next conversation

- You care about the causes you represent and treat people with respect

- You’re excited by opportunities to travel and work at different events

- You want to take on responsibility,



develop as a leader and help others succeed

- Previous experience in sales, fundraising, events, hospitality, retail or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
