Nestled along the pristine shores of Port Stephens, The Anchorage Hotel & Spa is a destination of laid-back luxury. With its relaxed coastal charm, elegant design and warm hospitality, it’s where guests come to unwind, indulge and reconnect, from soothing treatments at Spa Lucca to fine dining at The Galley Kitchen and unforgettable seaside adventures.

We’re looking for a Casual Spa Receptionist to welcome guests to Spa Lucca and provide the warm, personalised service The Anchorage is known for.
Offering Australian plant-based and natural skincare, health supplements, remedial and relaxation massage, body therapies and Himalayan body scrubs, Spa Lucca delivers a complete wellness experience.

What you will be doing

- Representing Spa Lucca to the highest standard in person, over the phone and via email
- Creating a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest
- Managing day-to-day bookings through our booking management system
- Supporting therapists throughout the day
- Assisting with general spa upkeep and stock management
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Maintaining high standards of grooming and presentation
- As a casual position,



flexibility is important. You’ll need availability across a range of shifts, including weekends.

About you
You’ll have a genuine passion for health, beauty and wellness, combined with a natural ability to make people feel welcome.

You’ll also bring:

- Experience in reception, administration, coordination or customer service
- A warm, professional and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High standards of grooming and presentation
- The ability to provide the 5-star guest experience expected at The Anchorage

If you hold a Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, there may also be opportunities to perform treatments when required at the applicable therapist level.

You will need

- A current First Aid and CPR certification

All candidates progressing to the next stage of recruitment will complete relevant checks, including a criminal history check, reference checks and right-to-work verification, facilitated by The Wests Group.
