bp ANZ is seeking a Retail People Relations Advisor to provide transparent, confident PR support across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll handle absence management, performance issues and disciplinary matters, guiding teams with expert advice.

This 12-month contract is based in Docklands, Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements. You will draft investigation reports, lead investigations, and partner with leaders to strengthen line capability and policy implementation.
