Green Light Worldwide in Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Manager with transformation experience to join their team on an eight-month assignment. The role is mostly remote, ideally based in Melbourne, but you can be based anywhere in Australia.

You will develop change plans and governance frameworks, conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness activities, and partner with C‑suite executives and vendors to drive adoption and realization of perks.
