About the Role

As our Educational Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring our educators, guiding curriculum development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across our service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG)
- Mentoring, coaching and inspiring educators to strengthen their pedagogical practices.
- Supporting meaningful programming, documentation and critical reflection.
- Promoting inclusive, engaging and child-centred learning environments.
- Supporting continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Working collaboratively with educators, management, children and families.
- Encouraging innovation, creativity and a positive team culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an approved equivalent).
- Has strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, NQS and National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
- Is confident supporting educators with programming,



planning and critical reflection.
- Has a genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion.
- Is organised, approachable, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement.
- Holds a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or is eligible to obtain one.
- Holds all required child protection and child safety training.
- Holds current first and CPR training.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
