Claybourn is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Christmas Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at our DFO Jindalee store.

Claybourn is a proudly Australian heritage outerwear brand, making quality Australian-made coats since 1910. We offer a range of quality outerwear, jackets and clothing, and take pride in providing our customers with great products and friendly service.

About the Role

As a Christmas Casual Retail Assistant, you will help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers during the busy Christmas period.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and qualified customer service.
- Assisting customers with product selection, sizing and fitting.
- Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented.
- Assisting with stock handling and general store duties.

About You

We are looking for people who:





- Have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Are reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays during the Christmas trading period.
- Have previous retail experience (preferred but not essential).
