Shutdown Maintenance Planner

We are looking for a Shutdown Maintenance Planner to join our KCGM Fimiston Operation.

Reporting to Senior Shutdown Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for planning all corrective, preventative and predictive shutdown maintenance, building accurate work packs to the Work Management Guidelines. Success means crews starting on time and finishing safely with everything planned and present to complete the required work.

- Planning the work for our major planned outages by building executable work packs to the work management standard to allow crews start on time and finish safely.
- Owning the scope readiness for your work including expediting parts, raising purchase requisitions and getting scope reviewed and confirmed.
- Being part of a close, proactive shutdown team that drives high standards and expectations.
- Regular exposure to senior planning and shutdown leadership to further your own development.
- A consistent dayshift roster aligned with the shutdown team.

Where you’ll add value:

- Five or more years in mining maintenance, with hands-on experience planning shutdown or major maintenance work.
- A strong understanding of work management, work order planning and building quality work packs.
- Confidence using Pronto Xi and Microsoft Office to plan,



track and report shutdown work.
- A working knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022.

Qualifications:

- Trade certificate or engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- Current C class Western Australian drivers licence.
